Orders received on any business day are most likely to be shipping next business day. Orders placed Friday will be shipped on Monday (Except Holidays ). Please keep in mind that shipping carriers don’t deliver or pickup on weekends.

Retail Returns

All returns must be initiated by email.Your order number is required for each return. You can initiate a return for unopened or have not been washed items within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. Products must be returned in their original packaging.We must receive your returned items in our warehouse within 45 days of the delivery confirmation date. All returns are subjected to final approval once received and inspected.But if the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will not return.

Defective Products Or Products Received In Error

All item must be inspected prior to use or washing. Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. We need to be noticed immediately. Customers who receive shipments in error would be required to return the item immediately. Products must be returned in their original packaging.Shipment of the accurate item will be made upon the return of the incorrect item. We would be responsible for all re-shipping and return shipping fees. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or refund. But if the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will not return.
